Qualifications Required:

  • Ideally educated to Master’s degree in the Electrical Engineering discipline. Your syllabus will cover electronic / ICT engineering topics.

Person Specification:

  • A passion for engineering and the belief that good engineering can makes lives better through its impact on the individual, the community and the environment. 
  • Good technical ability and the courage to challenge existing ways of working in order to break new ground and to find new solutions to existing problems. 
  • The ability to ‘think outside the box’ and to demonstrate creativity and diversity when approaching engineering problems to arrive at workable solutions. 

What will I be doing?

  • Learning to create Security engineering designs and calculations (using both software and gained knowledge to verify calculations). 
  • Developing skill to create compelling narratives around your work to explain to non-technical people your ideas.
  • Working and learning from Colleagues both Locally and Globally. This will provide opportunities to work with on international projects, collaborating with security specialist designers with extensive industry experience.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work and cooperate effectively with others.
  • Using and collaborating with BIM software, developing new approaches and innovative solutions.
